2) The distance between entry capstans is too large; you should decrease the distance between them
3) The pressure of entry capstans is not enough, you should swirl the pressure adjustment knob to increase the pressure.
4) The data of stripping the end of wires is too small, it is needed to increase.
No.2 Another end of wires can not be stripped by exit capstan
Solution: 1) Check the cutting depth of the end of wires. If the depth is not enough, you should increase the dimensions of wires.
2) The distance between exit capstans is two large, you should decrease the distance between them.
3) The pressure of exit capstans is not enough, you should swirl the pressure adjustment knob to increase the pressure
4) The data of stripping the end of wires is too small, it is needed to increase.
No.3 Actual length of wires is not in accord with the preset length of wires, that is, the length of wires is shorter than the preset length.
Solution: 1) There is dirt in the running process of rollers; therefore you should clear the machine.
2) The wire waiting for processing has a cover of paraffin wax. In this case, please cleat four rollers with gasoline or acquer thinner.
3)Check the position where the wires is placed and whether the wire encounters obstacles in the processing
4) Adjust pulse signals.
