- Clean the residual crushed materials in the machine before starting the equipment for the second time, reducing the starting resistance.
Watch the operating condition of plastic crusher all the time during the working process. First of all, feeding ought to be uniform, avoiding to block the crusher room; secondly, do not work overload for a long time. If there are phenomenon like vibration, noise, excess temperature of bearings and machine, materials spraying outward and so on, stop work immediately and identify the reason, and continue working after trouble clearing.
